Microscopy

Scanning electron microscopy

application:
scanning electron microscopical investigation (resolution of 10 nm),
measurement of coating thickness,
diagnostics of defects,
process-related investigations

all materials, which have vacuum resistance or limited vapor pressure, also microscopical samples

Analytics and spectroscopy

Energy dispersive X-ray micro analyses (EDX)

Semi quantitative analysis of elements down to 0,1%,
analysis of surfaces / on cross-section,
local analysis down to 1 µm resolution
