Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries
We use tools from companies based in the USA or others, among others. Third countries that are not secure under data protection law. The conference tools collect all data that you provide/use to use the tools (e-mail address and/or your telephone number). If we do not make you a job offer, it may be possible to include you in our pool of applicants. If you are accepted, all documents and information from the application will be transferred to the applicant pool so that you can be contacted if there are suitable vacancies. Inclusion in the pool of applicants takes place exclusively on the basis of your express consent (Article 6 (1 ) (a) GDPR ). Giving your consent is voluntary and has no connection to the ongoing application process. The person concerned can revoke their consent at any time. In this case, the data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to do so

Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for participation in seminars and conferences
If you would like to register on our website to participate in events, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need and process to process your order. Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS.
If you register for our seminar, you must provide your e-mail address. We save the e-mail address in order to send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration using the so-called double opt -in procedure. This email contains a link. By clicking this link, you confirm that you wish to attend the event. In this way we ensure that your e-mail address was not misused by a third party when you registered. For the same reason, we save the date and time of registration as well as the IP address assigned to you when you registered. We do not pass on the aforementioned data to third parties.


Legal basis: The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.


Deletion: The e-mail address will be deleted either if you have not clicked on the confirmation link 1 month after sending the confirmation e-mail in the double opt -in procedure or immediately after you have unsubscribed from our newsletter.


Revocation: You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. We offer the following options for you to declare your revocation:
