Dr. Martin Heise is our expert for customized, electrically conductive polymer formulations that enable new applications in the field of smart textile composites. In his presentation, he will demonstrate how specific resistances can be achieved through the targeted addition of CNTs, conductive carbon black, or metal particles to low-viscosity polymers. Processing is carried out using coating techniques or digital printing, among others. This results in functionalized textiles with heating, luminous, or sensory properties. The presentation provides an overview of current developments and project results on the integration of intelligent functions into textile materials.
