Toughness / Fracture Behavior

Our testing laboratory performs investigations of toughness properties professionally and in accordance with international standards, using accredited test procedures. These physical tests are intended to determine fracture behavior, energy absorption, and the resistance of materials under impact or dynamic loading. Standardized test methods such as pendulum impact tests or impact bending tests allow key mechanical parameters to be determined, providing insight into ductility, brittleness, and fracture energy.

Testing of these properties is an essential part of material characterization, product development, and quality assurance, supporting the selection of suitable materials for applications subjected to mechanical stress.
